Another thrilling District Finals for the North Texas District!  The competition was great and the fellowship was terrific.  Congratulations to the Trinity Transformers from Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Texas.  By taking first place at our District Finals, they have qualified to compete at The National JBQ Festival in Kenosha, Wisconsin on June 12-14, 2008. The Transformer's Cole Miller was also the top scoring individual for the weekend's competition, which was no surprise to us as he is the reigning number one quizzer in the nation!  Congratulations to the Trinity Transformers and to Cole Miller for an incredible showing this year.

The top six teams from the North Texas District have earned the right to compete at the South Central Regional Finals on April 25 & 26 at The Bridge Assembly in Mustang, Oklahoma.  At Regional Finals, the top five teams (who have not already qualified for Nationals) will then be qualified to compete at National Finals.  Congratulations to these six teams advancing to Regional Finals:

• Kingdom Explorers, from Mt. Creek Community Church in Dallas
